Thank you for the advice TQ. I'm willing to try almost anything to kick this darn cough. Being a non exerciser I had to look up exactly what a pendulum swing was just to be sure. I was close. I will have to try this, however I think a few hundred, even if spaced out throughout the day, will surly make my sissy arms fall off. maybe I'll just try starting out with 50 or so just to make sure I still use of my arms the next day.

Thank you all for all your get well wishes and emails lately. You really know how to make a girl smile :)  With the midgets at school all day and the Sailor sleeping all day so he can work 12 hours each night, 7 days a week I've been keeping myself busy reading.
